Galentine’s Day isn’t for buying extravagant gifts for your best girlfriends – it’s for showing how much you appreciate each other! That’s why this post is about the best Galentine’s Day ideas – mostly things to do together but also some small gift ideas (all under $20).
If you’re a fan of “Parks & Recreation”, then you already know that “Galentine’s Day” was created by the fictional character, Leslie Knope, played by Amy Poehler. So when we think of Galentine’s Day, it’s easy to think of waffles, especially after this Leslie quote:
“We need to remember what’s important in life: friends, waffles and work. Or waffles, friends, work. Doesn’t matter, but work is third.”

So one way to start off our Galentine’s Day ideas, is, of course, with waffles. If you’re not going out, you can host a Galentine’s Day brunch with your girlfriends and make sure to have waffles on the menu.
