The Best Spring Target Run: Fashion and Home!

Last updated on April 7th, 2024 at 10:38 am

Who doesn’t love a good Target run? And if you can get out of the store under $100, you need to show me how to do it! Seriously, I sometimes do “order pickup” just to save me time and some money. But if I have the time, I just love going up and down the aisles – I am sure you can relate!

We always share out favorite fashion finds, but I thought I would expand that for this post to include home items. I love to add new decorative pieces in the spring. It seems that October- December is filled with holiday decor, so it’s nice to add something new and spring-like this time of year. I think Target does a great job with seasonal decor, so why not include it?

Spring Target Run: Fashion

Dresses

Spring Target run

One of my favorite things to shop during my spring Target run are dresses. I love to wear dresses during the summer and Target has such fun options at affordable prices. The one I am wearing above is lightweight, even though it has long sleeves. I will be able to wear it all summer long.

Here are some other great options. (I may or may not own some of these as well – I’ll never tell!)

They all come in multiple color options, so if you like the dress, but not the color, still check it out!

Spring Shoes

Can you ever have enough shoes, especially for spring? I feel like I wear a lot more shoes this season than during winter. It seems that in winter I have 2-3 pairs of boots I wear. Come spring and summer, there are flat sandals, heeled sandals, sneakers, not to mention shoes for summer weddings. So, adding a fun pair or two from Target seems like a good idea.

Matching Sets

I like that Target has a lot of pieces that go together. It makes it easy to put together an outfit all in one place. Both suiting and yellow are huge this spring, so I loved adding these yellow separates in my wardrobe.

Handbags

Along with shoes, it seems that I change out my bag more in spring/summer than winter. Along with wearing clothes that are brighter colors, having handbags with a pop of color are great too. And how can you not have a classic straw bag for summer?

Casual Wear

You already know that Target is great for the basics – tees, hoodies, leggings, etc. They are easy to stock up on. But I wanted to pick a couple of different items that I’ve found. I do own these lavender cargo pants. I haven’t worn them yet, but am looking forward to styling them soon.

Spring Target Run: Home

I could have made this entire post about Target’s home collections. There is always a small piece to pick up to add to any room in your house. In addition to kitchen and dining, I really love their floral selections. I have been trying to add some more plants (not real, I do not have a green thumb) to my home to cozy it up a bit. A lot of those new pieces have come from Target – including all three below.

The large round platter I just bought the other day. It’s large, about 16 inches in diameter. It looks like stoneware but I think it’s actually melamine. What’s nice is that it’s large but not heavy. I have some large stoneware platters that once you put everything on it, it’s almost too heavy to lift!

And while I know it’s a little expensive, I had to add the Egg Chair. I purchased mine a couple of years ago and it is my favorite place to sit during the summer. We have a sunroom and you’ll see me in that chair all season long (sometimes with Archie, sometimes without!)
