Romantic Current Trends: Sheer looks (sleeves, tops), puff sleeves, smocking details, corseting, flower details, especially rosettes.
Brands: You can find romantic looks pretty much everywhere. We found a lot of pieces at Macy’s and Anthropologie
Chic/Classic
Chic/Classic: These two are pretty similar, and are sometimes used interchangeably. Classic lines and silhouettes. Neutral colors, like black, white and navy. Wearing minimal accessories, but also loves to make a statement.
Chic/Classic Current Trends: Monochromatic looks, especially suiting, classic trench coats, belts (both wide and thin)

Minimalist Style Types
Minimalist: Includes any and all colors, not just neutrals! Unique and architectural lines, and outfits are usually less pieces. It’s more about how many pieces, not minimal in style!
Minimalist Current Trends: Clean cut lines, starting with blazers; high quality fabrics with sharp tailoring. Monochrome looks will continue to be popular
Brands: We really like Quince. They fit in more than one category but really fit as Minimalist.
Vintage
Vintage: 40’s and beyond silhouettes, patterns and colors. Can be classic or quirky. Can be found shopping in vintage stores, or can be vintage-inspired.
Vintage Current Trends: 90’s revival continues, as well as 1960’s trends. The “Mod Mini” seen in classic sheath dresses is big this season.
Brands: You can find great pieces at second hand shops, but for new looks, check out Mod Cloth, Retro Stage and Simply Retro.
Boho Style Types
Boho: Flowy silhouettes, earthy colors and textures. Crochet tops, suede, faux-fur, fringe, embroidery and lots of piled-on accessories
Boho Current Trends: Florals, bold and unusual color mixes, layering, maxi dresses
Brands: The biggest Boho brand has to be Free People. You can also find some Boho looks at Anthropologie as well. Also, if you search “boho” on Amazon, you will get a lot of results too.
Edgy
Edgy: Think punk rocker vibes. black and denim, leather jackets, ripped jeans, studs and band tshirts
Edgy Current Trends: Studs and grommets, especially in unexpected places like sweatshirts.

Preppy: East coast or Southern have preppy styles. Stripes, gingham, plaid, nautical and vests. Linen, cotton, cable knit, fleece. Preppy tends to lean more toward brown leather than black.
