It’s time for my August Amazon favorites! I’m loving each and every thing on this list, but the first might be the craziest thing I’ve shared thus far! Everything on this list is making my life a little bit easier in different ways which I wholeheartedly appreciate!

Ta-Ta Towel
I know this seems crazy, but it’s actually amazing. And it’s perfect for almost all women (those with perky boobs, I see you. I used to be you).
If you’re like me, after getting out of the shower water would always accumulate under my boobs. And it would annoy the heck out of me.
Enter the Ta Ta Towel! It goes around your neck and each boob to help dry off after a shower, and keep them dry! This is also really useful if you’re blow drying your hair and know you’ll get a little bit sweaty, but still want a little “support”.
Portable Neck Fan
Mike and I saw neck fans like this all the time last year when we were in Walt Disney World, and thought it was interesting looking. Come Amazon Prime Day, I saw one was on sale and decided to go for it!
While I was on maternity leave, I would wear it either during or after my daily walks with Oli. I never notice I’m on the edge of overheating until I get home, and stop moving.
There’s three intensities, but the lowest is more than enough to cool you down!
UnbuckleMe
I loved the press-on nails we tried for our last Beauty at any Age. I felt like *that* girl while doing pretty much anything with my hands.
But once I got home from my sister’s bachelorette party (the nails’ maiden voyage), I realized it was a little bit tougher with kids. Particularly unbuckling the car seat. I wasn’t going to take off my nails just because getting Eme out of the car seat was tough, so I needed a solution.
This little contraption goes around the buckle, and with a squeeze, opens right up. Even Eme can do it herself! She thinks it’s so cool that she can get herself out of the car seat. I don’t let her have it while we’re driving even though she knows “I can’t do it while you’re driving, duh!”.
I’m already thinking ahead to the school dropoff, where this will make the process go a whole lot faster!
MomMed Wearable Breast Pump
I love my Elvie Stride breast pump, but for my sister’s bachelorette party I wanted something even more discreet and portable. The Stride doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall, but there is a motor I usually wear around my neck while pumping.
Rather than buy the $500+ Elvie Pump, individual pumps that sit in your bra, I looked for an alternative. This was on sale for $99 on Prime Day, but it seems like the price is usually around here (normally $119, not too bad either).
I figured I’d give them a shot, and if they didn’t work it would be no big deal. I wasn’t going to save any milk from the bachelorette party because I was drinking and quite a ways away from home, so I didn’t have to worry about getting out every single drop.
Turns out, this pump is awesome! The suction is great, and gets out a lot of milk! I wore them during the day on the trip, and I’ve worn them during work calls! Tested them out with a friend first, and said they couldn’t hear anything!
I’ll use these interchangeably with my Elvie Stride, and not see much of a difference with output. It’s great having different pumps during the day, when I might (definitely) not feel like washing the pump out before using it again. I’ll keep it soaking, and use the other one!
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder
Now that Oli is here, not having to worry as much about what I eat has been wonderful. Yes, Oli will get whatever I eat through my breast milk. But I don’t have to worry about eating something and totally ruining my baby’s development in utero. Or at least that’s what it felt like.
This powder is collagen and protein together, so it’s multi-purpose. Collagen supports your hair, skin, nails, bones and joints! I’ve also been waiting until later in the morning to eat, so the protein helps to hold me off for a little bit.
This dissolves immediately in my coffee, and doesn’t taste like anything. I was weary when I first starting using this years ago, but you honestly have no idea it’s even there.
Zojirushi Rice Maker
Last crazy product! I’ve been asking for a rice maker for a while, and I finally got one! Thanks Mike!
It’s so easy to use, and makes great rice every time. We all probably have so many kitchen gadgets we don’t use, but I actually use this a lot!
Before making rice, no matter how you’re making it, always rinse it off! Use a fine mesh strainer, and rinse until the water runs clear.
One cup of rice using the included measuring cup (for one serving), fill the basin to the one serving line, press the button and done! This plays music when it starts cooking the rice, and another one it’s done!
Plus, it has a warm setting, so if you can’t get to your rice right away, no problem!
Make sure you share some of your current favorites with me so I can check them out too!
