January Amazon Faves: Workout Wear
What would a “New Year, New You” post be without workout wear? We’re including the “usuals”, such as the basics for indoor workouts, but we’re also including some items that are good for those long chilly walks outdoors as well. (We’ve even included my favorite dog jacket that Archie wears!)
Let’s start with my outfit from above. I’ve had these leggings for a while and I really like them. They are comfy and best of all, have pockets. The top is new and one that I will actually wear both in the house and outside. We have a treadmill in our finished basement and our basement can be pretty chilly this time of year. So I will start with a warm layer and then take it off as I get warmed up!
I can’t say enough good things about my On Cloud sneakers. I bought my first pair this summer and am somewhat obsessed. They are so comfortable and I have the worst trouble with shoes because not only do I have a wide foot, I am “lucky” enough to have bunions too. But I can wear these On sneakers for hours without a problem.
And I am holding my favorite water bottle. I know that everyone loves the Stanley mugs (and I have one of those also), but I really like this bottle from Owala. It has a great “sipper” and you can actually pour out from the lip. It also happens to have almost 29,000 5-Star ratings on Amazon.

While I am not a big crop top fan for every day outfits, I do like them for workouts. They give you a lot more movement. I like this one because it’s not a racerback – sometimes I like a classic sleeveless top.

I like this lightweight hoodie because it perfect to wear while you’re warming up. As I mentioned above, it can sometimes be chilly getting started, even in your own home.

I love the smaller size of this bag – it’s something that would be easy to transport and even leave in your car!

I was drawn to this bag because it could be used for so many things, other than a workout bag. And I love the built in USB charging port.

I love fleece-lined leggings, especially when I am walking Archie on those cold mornings! And these come in such fun colors too!

I’ve had this brand of sock in the past and they held up really well – and you can’t beat the price!
Amazon Basics Dumbell Set, $43.15
I love this set because everything is neat and all together. I have multiple sizes of dumbells but not this great holder.
Warm and Cozy January

I love slipper booties. I wore them this season when we had company and they fit in well with my outfit, especially leggings!

I thought this was unique! I am not sure I would wear it as a dress, but it would be a very cute tunic sitting by the fire.

I bought a pair of Dream Pairs shoes from Amazon this past fall. I was a little hesitant because they are so affordable, but I was impressed with their quality. Definitely give these a try.

Fleece Lined Cable Knit Beanie, $26 (available in 6 colors)
While I love the look of a beanie with a pom-pom, I like a plain beanie too. There are times when I am walking Archie that I like to wear the hood on my jacket in addition to my hat, and this style of beanie fits well. It also has a fleece lining that will keep you extra warm.
Leg Warmers, 2 Pair, $17.99 (available in 5 combinations)
I have been known to wear leg warmers over my leggings when walking outside. They really help!

Sorel Snow Boots, $150
If you want to splurge on some snow boots, Sorel is the brand to do it. These were originally on sale when I selected them, so keep an eye on them in case the price drops again!

Another pair of cozy bootie slippers. These are cable knit as opposed to the chenille pair above. Just another option!
Oversized Crewneck Fuzzy Sweater, $44.99 (available in 42 colors)
Another sweater that just looks comfy from the picture. It comes in 42 colors, so you can easily get more than one!
PediPocket Foot Pocket Blanket, $69.99 (available in 17 colors/patterns)
I have this blanket and I love it. I use it more when sitting on the couch. Instead of having everything covered except my feet, I can fit them in the foot pocket. You definitely need to check this out!

We bought this just this year and we love it! And so does Archie! It fits him well but doesn’t restrict his movement at all. We love that he’s warm and toasty when he gets back from his walk.
